Sleep deprived

Sleep specialist will tell you that you should not have to rely on an alarm clock too awaken in the morning. If you are relying on an alarm clock to awaken yourself then your more likely to be sleep deprived.

I guess I must be chronically sleep deprived because I rely on my alarm clock to awaken me every morning.
I just don’t have enough time in my day too get all the sleep I am supposed to be getting.

Sleep specialist say an adult needs 7-8 hours of sleep a night. Myself I’m lucky if I get 5 hours a sleep on most nights. I also rely too much on coffee too keep myself going during the work day. How much sleep do you normally get?

Good sleep- a must

Good sleep is as good as having a well balanced diet.6 to 8 hours of sleep everynight and you won't need any alarmclock for you to wake you up in the morning.I wonder if you get it in USA.
