(I am over head and ears in debt.)

12.To pass a poor night:-to be restless at a night.

13.Bid fair to:-seem likely or show promise.

(This writing campus plan bid fair to flourish for long time.)

14.To nip in the bud:-to destroy in the beginning.

15.To draw a person out:-to elicit cleverly.

(The reporter drew the politician out.)
