How A Hotel Gets One Star Status...?

Approval of a hotel depends on its suitability for guest and tourist.Hotels are inspected as a functioning establishment for approval and placement in any appropriate star category.

There are at least seven such categories,ranging from one to seven star.I have already wrote about five star category.Now,what is one star status of a hotel?Let's check it out these points:

1. The one star category hotel general construction of the building should be good and the locality,environs including the immediate approach should be suitable.

2. The one star category hotel should have at least ten let table bed rooms with attached bathrooms.

3. At least 25% of bathrooms should have western W.C's,modern sanitation and running(supply)of cold&hot water,shop,toilet paper and etc.

4. The hotel rooms should be properly ventilated and should have clean and comfortable beds and furnitures.

5. A one star category hotel should have good and properly managed reception counter with telephones for use of guests and visitors.

6. There should be a clean and moderately equipped dining rooms or restaurant-serving clean salubrious, wholesome food and of course a clean,well equipped kitchen or pantry.

7. one star category hotel should have experienced,well-behaved,courteous and efficient staff in smart,clean uniform.And those senior staff coming in contact with visitors and guests should possess good working knowledge of English.

8.Housekeeping in one star hotel should be of a good standard like-clean and good quality linen,blankets,towels,crockery,cutlery and glasswares.
