We have made God the reason to fight
Two kids become friends. Both of them are 6 years old. One is Ram & one is Rahim. They study, play and even eat together. They grow up, they are 14 yrs.old. They get more intimate. They share all their secrets between them. They also start getting religious coaching from their family and their holy books.
They are 18 yrs. old now. They have a very good knowledge about their religions. Ram thinks Hindu religion has so many Gods and it is one of the oldest so it is the best. Rahim thinks Islam is spreading very quickly and our muslims are ready to die for their religion so it is the best. They are not as intimate now as they were before. Now both have them have different opinions. One day Ram says to Rahim hey! Why don’t u become Hindu b’coz it is the oldest and still modern religion? Rahim says Islam followers are more fanatic they are everywhere in the world. Everything is perfect in this religion so inspite of making me Hindu, you should become muslim. Their argument soon converts into the fight and they fight so brutally that they even kill each other. Their childhood friendship suddenly ends.
This is the story of most Rams and Rahims in India. There has been conflict between them for thousands of years. Not just them everyone in this world thinks his/her religion is the best. Infact we have made God the reason to fight. We have forgot that in each religious book, it has been written that God has just different names but he is only one. He has different faces in the form of Krishna, Prophet Mohammed, Guru Nanak, Jesus Christ and many more. Passages may be the different but destination is the same and just one. Become good human being you will automatically become closer to God. PLEASE TRY TO UNDERSTAND & JUST STOP FIGHTING WITH EACH OTHER!

I just have pity on you, Sagoo. Some of the fellow bloggers have appreciated you and welcomed you, because of what they declared your bravery and secularism. But, does misinterpreting one religion and undermining the teachings of one religion mean bravery or secularism at all? This is a mere FANATICISM and meanness of one's mind.
Where have you got that Islam's only and main teaching is to become fanatic and lay one's life for the cause of Islam? Where have you got that Hinduism is sooooo beautiful a religion with 33 crore Devtas, who have not mere honest character and all are sexual perverts?
Sorry, I don't want to undermine the belief of anybody. This is the outcome of your misinterpretation one religion intentionally.
Study on Islam, Hinduism and all other religions first. Then try to comment.
Be honest to yourself and then expose the truth and only truth, uncluttered.

I really liked this article.Don't you think children know best-no religion ,no caste,no nationality etc,etc.They can teach elders a lot of lessons but elders in their own world think they know the best.It is only when children grow up the so called religious enemity are instilled in them.Why don't we let children be children?Why are we fighting in the name of God?

I agree wholeheartedly with you. We had no choice in selecting our birth. If you were born into a family that was Hindu and I into a family who was Muslim, we naturally follow the religion of our birth and we should truly practice our separate religions and learn all about its true teachings, all of it and not just half of it and be authorities on it. We have to gain the complete knowledge of each of our religions, and then we will each realise that no where is it mentioned to kill each other. Life is a precious gift of God. Value it and honour it. We are not God to take away this gift. In doing so we only rebuke His love and through His love His gift.
