A GOOD NIGHT"S SLEEP

A good night's sleep is as necessary as a well balanced diet.Sleep duration varies from person to person.A baby sleeps twenty hours a day whereas an adult requires atleast eight hours of sleep in a day.
A sound night sleep requires certain things to be followed.Avoid beverages like tea,coffee and hot cocoa drink before going to sleep.Think of all the good things that happened during the day.Trying meditation also helps.
A hot cup of milk can induce sleep but not too much of liuids just before hitting the pillow.
Having supper about three hours before sleep keeps you fit but never go bed on empty stomach.It's an old saying but always applicable,"Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy ,wealthy and wise". AFTER DINNER REST A WHILE ,AFTER SUPPER WALK A MILE.Follow the tips and see how it helps.
