Sprouted Green Gram Fried rice

Ingredients:

Basmati Rice-1/4 kg.,
Onions(big)-2 chopped
Spring onions-1 bunch chopped
Capsicum - 2 diced
carror- 100 gms.diced
cabbage - 100 gms. cut into pieces
pepper powder -1/4 teaspoon
sugar - 1 tablespoon
Aginomotto(Sodium bi carbonate)- 1/2 tablespoon
Sprouted Green Gram - 1 cup
Oil - 2 table spoon
salt to taste

To grind:
Green chilly - 3
Ginger, Garlic

Procedure:
Soak Basmati Rice in water for 10 minutes, boil it and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan and add the ground paste,the cut vegetables and the sprouted green gram and allow it to fry for 5 minutes and then add salt,aginomotto and pepper powder to it and stir well.
Add salt to taste. Finally add the boiled rice and the cut spring onions and allow it to cook for 10 more minutes. Hot Sprouted Green Gram Fried Rice is ready to be served with tomato or chilly sauce.
