Has This Relation Any Legal Chance ?
This is really strange love story indeed.The Boy is class 10th student in a Delhi school and the woman he loves is 40-year old dance teacher who lives with her ailing mother in the same locality !
Both met on internet and chatted for several months before deciding to meet in a Restaurant.It was love at first site and they fell for each other instantly !!
Then one very fine day,they eloped to some remote places and got married.They lived there for more than a week as Husband & Wife.
The police,However,manged to trace them only after the Boy made a desperate call to his Friend asking for some money(TRAP-Obviously !!)
The Husband and Wife explained that they'd to fled because they know the fact that the society would not accept their unholy alliance.
The police did not arrest the woman as they thought it happend with the consent of both party.But the problem is the Boy is just 16-year old(So young to give constant...Isn't it ?)
Now the mind-boggling Questions:
1. Can this woman be charged with adultery or can she be an an abettor?
2.Is this case amount to be called a criminal elopement?
3.Would they be allowed to live like legal Husband & Wife ?
All above questions depend on what stand the Boy's parent take !

Legal chances
I don't know.But practically this kind of relationship can be avoided.In this case I would blame the woman for being so irresponsible to leave her ailing mother to get involved in such relationship.

Yes Uma you got the real point of this story...The boy is just 16 and under age...now it depends on his parents what step they take...The law is with them.

The case is really confussing.In our society this type of issues are not well treated.

You have not told whether the woman is in a marriage.Any way this is just a infatuation as far as this boy is concerned.May be if the woman is single and if the boy remains in love with her when he becomes atleast 20 years of age they can marry.
