Coral Watts has died while serving a life sentence of prostate cancer. Watts is one of Americas most prolific serial killers. Watts was the first known serial killer to almost get paroled out of prison. Watts made a plea deal with Texas officials that allowed him to confess to 13 murders in exchange for a 60 year sentence. Coral Watts appealed his case and got his sentence down to 25 years and become eligible for parole in 2006.
Michigan officials in 2004 then charged him with a murder that he long has been a suspect in and was found guilty and sentenced him to life in prison without parole.
Coral Watts was serving his life sentence at Jackson Correctional facility when he died.

Wild aniamls become killers or man eaters due to shortage of food and habitat but why do people become killers ? Is society also responsible ?
