"I love you" vs "Do you love me?"
When a woman says "I love you" and when a woman kept on asking you "Do you love me?", it really means a whole lot of difference.
When she says "I love you" without expecting anything in return, (of cos most of e time she expects a 'I love you too baby/darling/sweetheart) that love is giving. She is just expressing what she feels, portraying the joy in her, giving voice to her happiness. When she asks "Do you love me?" it shows that her love is not as strong as before. She needs affirmation, affirmation to reassure her that she is not making a mistake in choosing to staying this current relationship. This reflects that the happiness level is not as high as before, and you should start to hear the warning bells....
I'm writing this from a perspective of before and after. As in before, the emphasis is on " I love you " and now the emphasis has changed to "Do you love me?"(morning)"Do you love me?" (afternoon) "Do you love me?" (night) Well, you get the point.
If there is no before/after scenario, meaning that if from the very beginning the gal has always asked you these questions, then it could simply stem from a personality of low esteem or poor self confidence.
I am not a psychologist; just an acute observer of human behaviour. Do share with me your comments on this article, I would appreciate your point of view.
