Yahoo in trouble: Is Yahoo really needs Microsoft or Google?

Yahoo sad, alone and in great trouble. The iconic Yahoo suffered a painful blew after it lost a high profile search deal with search company Google, Yahoo reportedly try to reach out to Microsoft, perhaps to restart another acquisition talks but the software company declined Yahoo, its no longer interested to Yahoo acquisition. Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer has just announced that all Yahoo acquisition talks are done. Wall Street has recommended this option. Yes, Yahoo got alternative, it’s Microsoft. The tragedy begin when Google walk away, the desperate Yahoo try to seek another elephant in the room, it got one last option, Microsoft. Its board tries to reach out to Microsoft to restart another negotiation; perhaps Yahoo would now consider another offer from Microsoft. Yahoo stocks have started to plunged, its market cap dropped. With the failure of Google search deal and the highly controversial Microsoft acquisition, Yahoo got no choice but to stand alone, it is in desperate needs of those formidable resources and deep pockets that only Google or Microsoft could provide. Yahoo CEO Jerry Yang really missed the shot for Yahoo here. Worst of all, CEO Jerry Yang would step down and Yahoo need a man that will run and lead the company, the company is on hunt of their next CEO. Google left the house, Microsoft gone, what left for Yahoo are the nightmares of reorganizing the company back to it’s track and taking back those stock price figure that gone, plus the growing fear of economic crisis, Yahoo is in trouble.
