Feeling and Looking Young

This is my personal experience. It is easy to to feel young but it is hard to look young. I discovered to look younger than my age by many factors. By regular exercise,aerobics,diet,eating fresh fruits and edible raw vegetables,taking vitamins every day, drinking tea and more water everyday. Plus factor of massaging your body and apply reflexolgy and appying astrigent on my body regularly. Im 39 years old now and looking by just on y late 20's.

I want to point that reflexology and massage regularly are the best factor on how I look today. I apply reflexology mostly on my face, all areas on my face: on my temple,around the eyes area,cheeks,nose, around the mouth and the chin. I apply it for 30 minutes a day. I also massage the areas of my hands and body, also the legs. I avoid too much sunlight especially in the afternoo. I wear sun glassess when the weather is so hot. I maintain my body figures by workout regularly at least half to 1 hour daily. I take deep breath and exercise with inhale exhale for 5 minutes daily. I am listening to my favorite music daily. When I am angry I control my facial expression to avoid lines and wrinkles, when I laugh I always massage my cheeks. It is not easy to control emotions by showing NO Emotions but you can practise it. I eat more vegetables and I control eating much pork and those meaty products. I use to drink at least 5 liters of water daily. I always think optimistic.
