Electric Cooking Equipment

The following equipments can help in cooking and preparing food.
1.An Electic mixer:This can be large or small in
size ,depending on your choice .It has basic work of
the following:
a.Cream and beat ingredients together,as in cake
preparation.
b.Whisk eggs and sugar,as in ice cream preparation.

2. A Liquidizer:This is also called a blender,for making
puree of fruits ,e.g. tomato puree.

3.Food processor:This does many of the jobs done by a
blender too.

4.An Electric casserole:Cooks stews and other types of
foods slowly(by steady heat).

5.A Sandwich toaster:Helps in making quick snacks of
different variety,e.g.Bread toast.
6.A Microwave cooker:This machine cooks food by using
microwave energy from electricity.This energy is
converted to invisible waves which passes across the
food,and cooks it within a very short time.However
microwave is affected by metal dishes,which serves as
barrier to it.
