What do you mean women are perfect?

Perfect? I received a lot of feedback from guys who took a little offense to the word "Perfect" being used to describe women.

See, the last blog post “The Gift”. I was told only the creator could be perfect and how could any woman be called “perfect”. Well, I think we need some clarification first. When I used the word I was calling the “The Gift” to man perfect. Yes, the woman is indeed the perfect, wonderful “Gift” to man. I did not mean that the woman could not make a mistake or that the woman was always right. Here we find the misunderstanding. Something does not have to be perfect in very deed to be a perfect Gift. Actually the mistakes of others very often reveal what is inside of us. How do we react when a wrong is done us? Are you a grudge holder, keeping the offensive act against you going…feeding it and giving it life? Or are you the hot head that will cause a big scene, embarrassing yourself and your mate. Even though we may have been wronged, it is the reaction to the offensive that reveals the real you. The word perfect is an Amazing word. There were material things that were perfect for us for a period of time and then it was of no value to us later. I remember a friend who just had to have a Nissan 300zx car, this car was a bit of an obsession. To him it was the most perfect automobile; he imaged all the looks from others. After a few years a lot of these cars were in the dumpsters more than the average car. My friend actually discovered that this car was far less than perfect than he imaged. This is true of all material possessions; there is a temporary high that loses value as soon as it leaves the store. This is not just for cars but also for all material things. Why do you think there is a new car commercial everyday for every New Year? People are dissatisfied and the commercials screams at us “This years model you must own” Next, year the scream is the same thing on and on and on. The cycle never ends and this is advertising basics 101.

2 years from this post there will be a new car ad screaming we MUST have it and you know what …people are going to buy into it. Now, back to the issue of dating, yes, women unlike the automobile are perfect for the man. There is nothing on this earth more perfect for the man than the woman. Although many are treated as a material possession and discarded after being used, this does not devalue the “Gift” in the eyes of the Gift giver. So, yes the woman is perfect for men and as King Solomon said” He that finds a good woman finds a good thing”. If you feel this blog can help someone, let him or her know about it.
