Weight loss tips that really work
The majority of us get lazy to the bone when fitness is mentioned. But, there are few aspects hitherto untried, which could change the way we feel about our looks and our fitness. First of all, exercise alone would not be the best idea to go by.
1. Diet control may feel like it is threatening our sanity, in the long run. But, comparitively smaller helping of food coupled with frequent intake of quite warm water would be good to start with.
2. Whenever you feel hungry, drink water. Water thins considerably and gives a feeling of fullness and also eases hunger pangs.
3. It should be noted that we are happily losing weight or shrinking whenever we are experiencing hunger pangs. One fourth of stomach should be empty always.
4. Green tea is an added benefit.
5. Walking tones the body all over and it reduces the stomach flab considerably. Taking stairs is an even better way to cut down the fat on the belly and thighs.
6. Of course, on the spot exercises help but in a limited way, but are a good option to try.
7. Cut down on sugar in coffee, frequent sips of coffee, (black tea would be ideal)take lot of fruits( they bring back the glow you lose because of dieting and exercise and dont add to calories, cut down on oil ( like oilless chapatis) and strictly take no sweets or sugary things.
8. No snacks between the meals. Do not eat rice after 8.00 in the night. Take more of breakfast as a big breakfast helps reduce actually.
9. Most important thing is to hold your stomach in always ( It is the most important part of abdominal exercises and they are most effective when you do them while holding your stomach in ). This may sound miraculous but following it amounts solving half the problem.
This seems to be the only shortcut to losing weight. Have a good try...
