Accumulating all those flops of the idiot box, ready to devote 84 days in hibernation ( alas ! no option left) and trying to capture some “Masala” which is natural to happen because “ empty mind is a devil’s workshop”

Reality T.V seems to be the need of the hour. They are selling like hot-cakes. But with the policy of trying to create mountain out of a mole is taking the shine out of these shows. For instance inviting Jade Goody was the initial melodrama which was just fabricated to put some spice in the show. It was evident to all, that Shilpa and Jade would be a nice encounter. It was a deliberate ploy to seek viewers’ attention. For the first two days Jade was the centre of attraction of all and media was no exception. Gradually she was evacuated on the pretext of her ailment. Firstly, if she was that unwell why the hell was she called and why did she agree? Secondly, the director didn’t impose enough faith in his contestants that’s why he had to create hype. Now we talk about other contestants. Rahul Mahahjan , from no angle he can be called as late Pramod Mahajan’s sibling. A person who is not known for any good reason. A series of incidents from being involved in drugs to harassing his wife, he claims that he has been in the BIG BOSS’s house to prove his innocence. His activities of being in the company of girls all the time, is a reflection of why Shweta ( ex-wife ) got rid of him. Moreover, the way he moves and behaves compels me to doubt his overall persona. Then Monika Bedi, after being released from the jail , she is just trying to erase the stigma of being called as underworld don’s girlfriend. From day one she is trying to explain her plight and making evrery effort to regain her social status, tough ask mate!. Debojit, after being acclaimed the winner of SARE GA MA PA 2007 , he might be getting offers of singing shows and films from all quarters. But how can an over-burdened singer extract not 1, 2 or 3 days but a total of 84 days from his hectic schedule. This will raise so many eye-brows doubting his caliber as a high-class singer. Similarly Rakhi (of “HUM PAANCH” fame) , Ketki Dave (remember “AA RA RA”) & bla-bla. Here a character who beggared description is RAJA CHOWDHARY ( Ex-husband of t.v actress Shweta Tiwari). Now who can forget Raja who even went to an extent of thrashing the media persons and created drama after getting drunk. What has he to prove here , his innocence. Come on Big Boss. What should we call your inhabitants, a bunch of real artists, a bunch of hypocrites or a bunch of crooks (trying to rob the emotions of people).
