EATING FOR BEAUTIFUL SKIN AND HAIR

Do you want to have nice healthy beautiful and smooth skin? Do you want to have nice long hair that does not drop? The answers are right here. No need to worry anymore just change your diet. Sugar, refined baked goods, saturated fats, milk, chocolate, salt and alcohol should all be reduced or eliminated from your diet if you want to have nice skin. Eat beans because they nourish the skin and help to prevent hair loss and help increase growth. Eat mango because it nourishes the skin and protects from dryness and aging. Eat peanuts because they nourish and fortify the skin. Eat cucumbers because it cleanses and beautifies the skin. Did you know that rubbing cucumber directly on skin or making thin slices and placing on affected areas also helps? Other foods that protect skin cells, prevent dehydration and premature aging are carrots and sunflower seeds. For nicer hair include molasses and coconut in your diet. So your diet should mainly consist of fruit, whole grain, vegetables, soy, vitamin E and A, legumes and fibre. Thank you for reading.
