Pakistan's Best Pakistani recipe Lahori chicken kerhaayi recipe

ingredients:
chicken 1 kg
onion 4 chopped'
ginger/garlic paste 2 tab spoon
tomatoes 2 medium
yogurt 1 cup
green chillies 4 medium
fresh coriender accordingly
zeera half table spoon
red chili power 1 table spoon
salt according to taste
lemon 1 for garnish
oil 4 tab spoon
balck peper half tea spoon
water 1 cup
mustard powder half tea spoon

METHOD:
put oil in cooker aur deep pan heat it for a while
aad chopped onion, and fry till they get golden brown after that aad ginger/garlic paste and fry it too
when garlic/ginger paste gets golden too then aad spices salt,zeera,chili powder black pepper, then add tomatoes, green chillies n stir for 1 minute
now add chicken and fry it for 2 minutes now add water and cover the pane for 10 minutes
after 10 minutes open the lid and check the tenderness and fry it well
dnt break the pieces of chicken while stirring cook till water gets evapourated
then aad yougurt and mix it well finally while serving sprinkle fresh corinder over chicken and squeeze lemon too
Lahori chicken kherhaayi is ready to serve you can have it with chappaties
