Democracy.

Democracy

Centuries ago democracy had been defined and they had laid down that democracy means government of the people, by the people and for the people, but till now the concept of people is missing from the government. The people are simply voters who are collected at the time of elections and the people in the field make false promises to the people like advertisements and they somehow, collect votes of the people and then form government. Since the people coming in power are not from amongst the people, they are never bound to work for the welfare of the people. These people are those who take over politics as a profession, trade, calling and employment. They invest money in elections and once they are in power they start indulging in scams, scandals, muddles, bribes, corruption, taking commission, selling jobs, offices, quotas, licences and the like and become rich within days. They are bringing their relatives and family members in power and thus there are family rules, party dictatorships, individual autocracies and the like and if they join in alliances, these unities are based on contracts in dividing power and they still continue to work on the same pattern. Therefore, we cannot say that any country could establish a democracy in that country. People are kept slaves and they are also kept poor and sometime the states give them dolls just to keep peace. These dolls are not actual help, but just to pass time. Therefore, time has come when se shall have to change the definition of democracy and we shall have to say that democracy means government of few, for a few and by a few and all others are ignored and are kept like slaves. We shall take more centuries to establish real democracies in the world and till that date we shall be suffering under the present governments which are not better than the rajas, maharajas, monarchs and the imperialists.
