Safe sex for the couples

What is safe sex for the couples?
Well, one answer is to take measures so that they don't expose themselves to STDs. But, when they both are free from STDs, they don't have to take precaution on this side. I such cases, when both the partners are medically proved that they are free from any danger from any STDs, what means Safe Sex for them?
One solution is keep honesty to each other and to themselves not to have sex with others. If they are 100% honest to themselves and to their own persons, then what is Safe Sex for them?
Now, it comes to the question that the wife shouldn't face unwanted pregnancy. Actually, the time when uncontrolled sex don't cause pregnancy is called Safe Period.
Safe sex for couples free from any medical STD and having trusted faithful honest relation depends on:
1. Soundness of mind for both the partners.
2. Soundness of physique for both the partners.
3. Strictly follow the safe period for open sex.
4. Use of contraceptive measures.
Number 4 is out of my focus here. I want to discuss open and free sex for couples to get their 100% satisfaction.
No. 1: Both should be in a state of soundness of mind. If any one of them are disturbed mentally for any reason, the sex will not safe. For it might hamper the physical and mental health of the disturbed partner.
No. 2: If any parter of the couple is suffering from physical problem, the sex will not be a safe one. For it might cause physical and mental damage for the suffering partner. For example, if the wife is having her menstrual period on, the blood is coming per vagina. The vaginal wall remains tender during these days and the mental and physical state of the woman remains disturbed and sub-normal. Sex in such condition is NOT safe.
No. 3: If the menstrual cycle (no. of days between two menstrual cycle and consecutive ones) remains same, then there two periods which are safe for having open sex, taking no precaution for getting pregnant. The calculation is:
Safe Periods:
Starting day (day-1) of the mense upto 9th day --> Safe period (except the bleeding days).
19th day upto the onset of the next mense --> Safe period.
Danger Period:
10th day to 18th day after the onset of the mense --> Danger Period (very likely to get pregnant)
So, have open and free sex in Safe Periods and avoid sex or use contraceptives in the Danger Period.
Happy blogging.
