Sify Broadband is providing poor coneectivity and poor service

I would like to tell the world about my complaint regarding bad connectivity of Sify Broadband. I am using Sify broadband since one year as they offer prepaid plans and one can use it according to his budget. From past 2 months i have been facing a lot of connectivity problem for which i contacted local cable operator as well as Sify's office but all in no vain. I have suffered financial and time loss as i could not do my online work. Since past 7 days Internet was not working and i tried to ask Sify customer care and local cable operator when the service will resume but they did not tell precisely. Local cable operator was not even picking up the phone. They are charging 720 Rs. per month for 128 kbps plan but giving much slower connectivity. If one wants to check the speed their link never works. I really feel cheated by them. I asked them to compensate for the period of non connectivity they gave me 2 days compensation and in those 2 days also there was regular error in connection. I think i should stop taking services of sify and use BSNL or Airtel broadband plan.
