Pasta with olives and sardines

I got it from the Food Bible book by Judith Wills. It's good for those people who are dieting.

Ingredients:

1/4 cups penne pasta
1 tsp sea salt, plus more for the cooking the pasta
6 frsh sardines
2 tbsps. extra virgin olive oil
6 black olives, pitted and chopped
1/2 lemon juice
1 tbsps. chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
black pepper
1 tbsp. freshly grated parmesan cheese

Procedure:

Cook the pasta in a plenty of lightly salted boiling water until just tender.
Meanwhile, broil the sardines, turning once, until cooked ( about 3 mins per side). Carefully remove the central bone and any other bones you can see. and chop the flesh into bite sized pieces.
When the pasta is cooked, drain well and return to the pan. Add the sardines, olive oil, olives, lemon juice, parsley, and seasoning to the pasta.
Stir well and heat through for 2 mins over a low heat.
Serve with parmesan cheese sprinkled over.
