Let us define parents

When two people, one man and one woman marry, they become life partner or we may call them husband and wife and when they start bearing children, they become parents and here we shall examine this concept of parents.
When there was no marriage system, there was no family and the children knew only the mother who gave them birth and who had been bringing them up. This mother was parent for the children because most of the children did not know about the name and location of their father nor the father ever bothered to locate his children and live them and look after them. therefore, during those days the children were unlucky and only the mother was looking after them.
The present age is better and the children are lucky because they get parents i.e. both father and mother because after marriage, these two parents joined together and they are living together. The children could get a house which has turned into a home and everyone in the home is looking after them. the parents are busy in bringing them up, they are trying to give to their children proper education, proper training and proper adjustment in life and that is the reason more and more children are joining schools, colleges, training institutions and are sitting in competitions and are joining higher positions in life. These facilities were not available to the children when there was no marriage institution.
But the responsibilities are on the higher side and if the parents fail, then they are not getting good in name in the society around them. the parents are responsible to make it sure that their children are having good health and they are in right type of schools, colleges and in training institutions. they cannot ignore these responsibilities because once they leg behind, they shall be responsible for the failure of their children. If the children are having a life full of struggle for existence, the parents too shall be busy in this struggle and they too shall be trying to see that their children shall not be left behind. They know that if the children are left behind, even their own children shall not give them due regard, respect and honour and they shall not bring good news for the parents, but their parents shall be receiving complaints against them and thus the life of parents shall be turned into Hell on this earth. therefore, the parents have got big responsibilities and them must be cautious about all these responsibilities and they must keep the number of children within control, because they shall be asked to give to all the children proper education, training an adjustment in life and all these responsibilities are costly. The parents should not wait for the people from government side to come and give something to them which could control children. The parents must see that they do not give birth to more children because if t he parents fail to provide proper education, training and adjustment in life to the children, they shall be taken as people who have committed a sin, a crime and a misconduct. They should not say that God has given them children and therefore, it is the duty of God to look after the welfare of their children. God had delegated this power to the parents and if the power is mis-utilized by the parents, they themselves shall be held responsible and they shall be punished by God on their return from this world.
So only those husband and wife shall be called good parents who shall be maintaining proper administration in the family making it sure that none id discriminated and they too are living a life full of love and affection for each other. they must understand that if they two are not maintaining good relations, the children shall be suffering so many psychological problems and they shall not be able to have proper education in life. the parents must establish an example and this shall be available to them when they are old. So every man and woman shall not be called a parent till he or she can perform duties of parents which have been allotted to them by God.
