Do you get confused often?

If you are a person of the type who often gets confused, I suggest, first of all do not get excited. I mean control your excitement first – whatever is the issue, stay cool. A cold-blooded approach always yields better result.

How to stay cool? – take off your mind from the negative or upsetting causes (if any). Concentrate on the priorities for which you have to work. Start counting them according to their degree of importance. Once finished, again start from the beginning. When your turn comes, just gradually speak out the issues one after another. If it is a matter of business decision, you can take your associate with you. He / she may hold a list of the things to be discussed. After each point you settle, he/she may feed you the very next.

Following practices may help you further:

1) List out the points to be focused on
2) Try to arrange them priority-wise as far as possible
3) Never think that you are a skid-talker or you get confused. The very thought often invites or initiates problems
4) Always try to speak naturally
5) Be a good listener, that will help you answering to the point
6) Never take any business meeting with tensed mind
7) Take some tea or coffee, while drinking that you decide how to put the next agendum
8) You sit comfortably before starting discussion
9) It is always better to keep your associate with you, in meting of high level importance
10) Be brave, think, if others can – why can’t you?
