My Secret for a Yummy Pork Chop^_^

1) chop first the pork so it can be called "pork chop" (the secret in chopping it, is when you accidentally slice your finger. yan ang tinatawag na with tender love and care na me kasamang dugo't pawis)yan ang nagpapsarap sa luto XD
2) if you're finished with the chopping, add the ginisa mix lhat ng laman ng sachet ibudbod mo!! pag sa tingin mong kulang pa eh di dagdagan, (yung akin eh nakatatlong sachet ako, malay ko ba maalat pala yun. mura lang naman P2.50 XD)
3) when you're through in mixing the seasonings, try to put the frying pan in the stove so it will be hot. then put the 1/2 glass of cooking oil.
4) to make sure that the oil is hot hawakan nyo hehe!! if you see the oil is already boiling na prepare your shield (yung takip ng kaldero, sheild sa face para sa talsik ng mantika)
5.) then after that preaparation you are now ready to fry your pork chop!!
6) when you already put the pork chop in the frying pan leave it for a while.(pag me tv nood muna ng isang movie, pag me internet chat ka muna!!) pag me na amoy ka ng nasusunog it means luto na ang pork chop and ready na para baliktarin ang other part ng meat. then do waht you are doing again.
7. pag nakita mo ng brownish or dark brown XD yung piniprito mo it is ready to be serve na!
8. serve it hot para di pagkainteresan ng alaga nyong pusa hehe!! XD
9. para sa dipppings naman eh pag alang ketchup me alternate pa. msarap ang Vinegar na me dinurog na siling labuyo!! XD
WARNING: wag ipakain sa may high blood baka matuluyan.
