Managing the Boss

You know Boss is always right. If you keep this in mind you can manage the Boss and get things done as you wish to recieve in your way.

Boss is a very beautiful term and whoever (majority) sits in the chair of so called the Boss feels that he is the Boss and the others are his subordinates. So, the Boss always tries to impose his opinion rather listen to the opinion of his subordinate.

For instance, this situation arises when you go with an idea for a project to be implemented by your Boss and he is attending to other immediate job that is to be cleared to face the Board or his superior. He will pay attention to your words and listen to you carefully. Even the boss asks you silly questions about the project and you feel that how he became a boss without knowing these silly questions that are asked to you. At the same time the Boss also reads your mind and says to himself "silly fellow I am asking you all these questions to get lot of information from you" so that I can put the same in front of my Boss and carryaway with incentives.

This kind of attitudanal behaviour goes together hand in hand with the Boss and the so called the departmental head/person dealing with the subject.

There will be a break for this once either the concerned staff is not attending to the office or the other staff is not in a position to understand the subject.

At this stage whoever handles the Boss he should be awarded with, and this kind of persons are real workers as they can manage the boss and also get along with the work that is not known to them till date.
