LOOSE WEIGHT

MY WEIGHT IS 65KG. I AM 16 YEARS OLD. IF U WANT TO LOOSE YOUR WEIGHT U SHOULD WORK HARD. U SHOULD GO FOR A MORNING WALK. U SHOULD GO MIN. 2.5KM. AFTER EAT THE FOOD U DONT GO FOR A BED. MOST OF THE PEOPLE EAT THE FOOD AND AFTER GO TO BED. THIS IS WRONG. WE SHOULD NOT DO THIS. WE SHOULD DRINK LEMON WATER WHEN WE WAKE UP. IN MY OPINION WE SHOULD LEARN SWIMMING. BECAUSE SWIMMING IS THE PERFECT WAY IN LOOSING OUR WEIGHT.I ALSO TAKE SWIMMING CLASSES. I DONT KNOW HOW MY WEIGHT IS LOOSE. AFTER JOINING THE CLASSES MY WEIGHT IS 71 BUT AFTER ONE MONTH MY WEIGHT IS 65. SO WE HAVE TO LOOSE OUR WEIGHT. WE WORK SO MUCH WITH A HEALTHY BODY BUT DONT WORK WITH A FATTY BODY.
