Do you regularly take vitamins and minerals or supplements?

It's good if you take vitamins, but the main reason you don't absorb the nutrients from vegetables is because today most people buy the frozen ones in the store as they are easier to cook.
Frozen vegetables have had most of the base removed during the freezing process (just like concentrate) where 90% of the base has been taken out.
It's no wonder why people are feeling as bad as they do now days, after eating all this processed food that really doesn't have the nutrients your body needs to stay healthy.
That's why I take my Multi Vitamin everyday. I don't doze off during the day.
I find it more helpful especially when I feel so fatigue and stress, but I didn't take it always. I have a healthy diet and no need for supplement but when I can't sleep right or eat right that's the time I really take supplements.
For example vitamin C is good for protection. I also make sure that my Vitamin C is ok as to keep my resistance level up. I say for myself: the prevention is better than cure.
Since I have been taking my Multi Vitamin I haven’t needed to take the medicine. I am now saving money every Month just by taking my supplements everyday.
