Gentleman's Game Put to Shame

The game of cricket which is also called a gentleman’s game is put to shame due to some ugly incidents on the field. A few months back when Indian cricket team visited Australia, if we remember the thick of controversy involved the players of the likes of Harbhajan who in indulged in quaint mannerism and provoking gestures towards fellow players and cheap gesticulations which put not only him but the entire country to disrepute.

Avidly the Australian cricketers had pointed out at that moment that “he is an obnoxious weed”. Well at that time of crisis the entire nation stood by him, but the recent incidents of IPL’s premier league prove that he is but obnoxious as well as a weed.

The slapping incident involving the two, Sreesanth and Bhaji has brought no credit to both, but has only brought disrepute to the Indian cricket.

As far as Harbhajan is concerned, he is a serial offender and it is time that he should be taken to task and should pay for his wayward ways.
