A Tribute to G. Maa
Submitted by omdelhi on 25 December, 2007 - 18:39.".......I am going to Kolkata for a few days" said mom, keeping the dish on the dining table. She said this looking at Somya, who was still gaping at the plate, trying to figure out what had been cooked for dinner. But her eyes did not look casual, but in fact were expecting something. Somya looked at her inquisitively, more inquisitive about the dreadful looking veggies than anything else.

Globalisation turned the entire operations into an altogether New shape !

The Miracle called Evolution
Submitted by omdelhi on 1 December, 2007 - 19:33.It all began, down there in the deep blue oceans. Life spent its childhood there and grew slowly but steadily in an assiduous and unflagging way. From uni-cellular amoeba to the multi cellular crustaceans. And after a long time (seemed like eternity) came the fish, from fish, some became amphibians, others became mammals. From mammals came the primates and finally the supreme-human beings.

Cycle of Nature
Submitted by omdelhi on 27 November, 2007 - 19:07.Cycle of Nature
Life is full of wonderful gifts,
That nature has given in plenty.
Trees and springs, flowers and butterflies,
All a part of natures gifts.
Summer brings dry winds and heat.
But it is the time for ice cream and cold drinks.
We stay indoors for most of the day,
And the evenings echo with children’s scream.
Rains come after the hot summer,

" YOU DONT LOVE ME TRULY" . .
Submitted by omdelhi on 21 November, 2007 - 17:32.I learned the real meaning of love. Love is absolute loyalty.
People fade, looks fade, but loyalty never fades.
You can depend so much on certain people,
you can set your watch by them.
And that's love, even if it doesn't seem very exciting.
Sylvester Stallone
You cannot be lonely if you like the person you're alone with.

Tomorrow you may get a working woman, but you should marry with these facts as well.
Here is a girl, who is as much educated as you are;
Who is earning almost as much as you do;
One, who has dreams and aspirations just as you have because she is as human as you are;

Welcome to the NRI-Era!
Submitted by omdelhi on 13 November, 2007 - 20:02.Welcome to the NRI-Era!
Any one can, now, very well experience the changing-trend in the Indians’ Life. Right from rural to metros, it is growing at amazing jet-speed..! The growing unemployment rate, coupled with WTO impact slowly disturbing the entire phenomenon. It is a matter of concern, in the coming years, what will be the fate of Rich Indian Culture & Heritage, if things are allowed to happen likewise ? We have been loudly talking about the socio-cultural environment, in reality, hardly any efforts are on to stop this devil-attitude.

Why is the media here so negative?
Why are we in India so embarrassed to recognize our own strengths, our achievements? We are such a great nation. We have so many amazing success Stories but we refuse to acknowledge them. Why?

The mothers weeping for their sons
Against the acrid British who were having some fun
But then, the grand finale when it came
And the Indian people achieved what they aimed
India’s independence, what a day it was
And marked in glittering gold
I have seen it a1l
