Warning signs of being OVERWEIGHT ...

The serious medical issues associated with being overweight and obese is increasing day by day. As one becomes older, it becomes harder to lose weight. Nearly half the population is considered to be overweight. We are all eating too much refined sugar, chocolates,crisps and junk food, all of which provide less nutrition but lot of calories.
