Think ‘Positive’
Submitted by Nash on 24 July, 2008 - 17:05.We live in a very ‘fast’ world now. Everything needs to be done yesterday. And it takes so much time and energy, excluding a thick wallet to accomplish even the tiniest of jobs. These hardships discourage most of the people, especially the younger generation of today. Something which these youngsters do not understand is that hard work pays.

First Chapter
Submitted by Nash on 21 July, 2008 - 16:08.Story of my life
I’ve begun to write
You, my dearest friends
I pledge are my witnesses
May the Almighty give me
Patience and courage to lay
Simple plain facts of my life
Born as the eldest of five
Two sisters and brothers have I
Upon whom I had so much trust
A happy peaceful childhood
Uneventful till my early teens
When like most youngsters
Found myself in love

Assertive teachers
Submitted by Nash on 21 July, 2008 - 00:09.“I've come to the frightening conclusion that I am the decisive element in the classroom. It's my daily mood that makes the weather. As a teacher, I possess a tremendous power to make a child's life miserable or joyous. I can be a tool of torture or an instrument of inspiration. I can humiliate or humor, hurt or heal.

Using literature in language classes
Submitted by Nash on 20 July, 2008 - 23:46.Literature is creative writing of an artistic style which is recognized by the majority of people. This being the case, it is very important that students be taught literature in a language classroom. It is not a must that students take literature as a separate subject as literature can be merged into the language lessons as a part of the curriculum.
