MY WEIGHT IS 65KG. I AM 16 YEARS OLD. IF U WANT TO LOOSE YOUR WEIGHT U SHOULD WORK HARD. U SHOULD GO FOR A MORNING WALK. U SHOULD GO MIN. 2.5KM. AFTER EAT THE FOOD U DONT GO FOR A BED. MOST OF THE PEOPLE EAT THE FOOD AND AFTER GO TO BED. THIS IS WRONG. WE SHOULD NOT DO THIS. WE SHOULD DRINK LEMON WATER WHEN WE WAKE UP. IN MY OPINION WE SHOULD LEARN SWIMMING.
