AFTER EAT THE FOOD U DONT GO FOR A BED. MOST OF THE PEOPLE EAT THE FOOD AND AFTER GO TO BED. THIS IS WRONG. WE SHOULD NOT DO THIS. WE SHOULD DRINK LEMON WATER WHEN WE WAKE UP. IN MY OPINION WE SHOULD LEARN SWIMMING.
